Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me. :la:

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

New Gallery Folders... Please comment

Hi all members of Scape-Club.

Just a quick question to you all, how would you feel if we added a couple of new folders to the club which would be
:bulletblue: Digital Scapes
:bulletgreen: Traditional Scapes.

This would allow those who are not into photography to be part of the club and would keep their submissions separate from the photos. The reason for the question would be the fact that occasionally we get both digital and traditional scapes submitted to us and currently we find we have to decline them which is a shame as there are some nice pieces of work.

Well I've put up this journal in place of a poll as we still have no premium membership, so please comment with your opinions.

That could be fun, give it a go you will have to try it out :nod: I might perhaps combine the two folders however... I am not sure how many submissions you will get as this is primarily a photography group.

Example folder name: Traditional and Digital Scenery ...or something

I have had similar experiences with my group :) You have seen a trend, or a possibility and you are acting on it (as you should). What opinions that I have, I will give freely, and I wish you the best :nod: The best gauges I would use when considering a new folder are: How often do you see this particular style (traditional or digital, perhaps both) of art being submitted? & Do the (current) members create that type of art / or how often would we get this/these types of submissions? Again, my best to you :D
